Cruising Series
The Squadron Cruising is a non-spinnaker series which consists of 5 saturday races over the summer. The first race is Saturday 27th October 2012.
The series is aimed at families and is a nice relaxed 1300hrs start time from Resolution Buoy apart from Race 2 which starts at 1100hrs at Norther Leading to Man o War Winery and Race 4 (Anniversary weekend) which starts at 1000hrs at Resolution.
Each boat must carry a dinghy (towed or ondeck) - you need them to get ashore for the social hour.....or longer!

Colin Forbes Cruising Easter Rally
Good Friday 29th March - Easter Rally Brunch 31st March 2013.
Starting Good Friday at 1000 hours from Red Buoy Islington Bay the Colin Forbes Easter Rally is a fun family event that includes a little bit of sailing, a little bit of racing, a lot of fun and laughter and good memories! Courses will start and finish as per the race officer instructions, Rachel Upton on Adventure. Courses and destinations will be announced on Chanel 77 each day at 1000 hours.
Sunday 31st March a brunch is held at a suitable beach with Games for all, an Easter Egg Hunt and plenty of camaraderie!
Why not join in the fun? Enter at the Squadron Reception and if you are a motor yacht owner - don't feel left out! You too can enter and go into the competition for the best dressed fish, join the scavenger hunt, or just enjoy the sailors working hard.
