SCHEDULE - Annually    The programme operates an eleven month season beginning in May each year. Racing is nearly every weekend from May through to November. In December the Elliott’s are taken to Kawau Island to run the National Youth Training Week and up to four members of the programme are asked to assist with coaching. The Christmas break is from mid December to early January when the programme begins again and continues until the end of March. Other break weekends are; Coastal Classic (Labour Weekend), Queens Birthday Weekend, Easter, and during Squadron Match Racing Events where programme members may assist with observing. * A full detailed schedule is provided to all successful applicants.

SCHEDULE - Daily 9am Meet at the Squadron for a short run - 9.45am Briefing at the Squadron, then rig boats - 1030am Racing begins - 4pm approx Racing ends & de-rigging - 5.30pm approx De-briefing at the Squadron.

FORMAT During the 11 months the programme completes 3 sections of keelboat training, beginning with drills training in May, then fleet racing, followed by match racing.
