COVID-19 Member Update – Sunday 14th February 2021

Dear Members,

Following this evening’s COVID-19 Government announcement, Auckland will move to alert level 3 for three days from 11.59pm tonight, Sunday 14th February.

At this stage, it is appropriate to ensure you are aware of what this means if you were planning to come to the club; or have racing, events or meetings planned.

– The RNZYS will be physically closed at this stage until Thursday 18th February 8.30am. Should this change we will update you as information comes to hand.

– All Sailing / Boating is also suspended until then – we will be rescheduling events where possible.

– Staff will work from home where possible and adhere strictly to health guidelines if working from the RNZYS site.

– America’s Cup racing dates will be updated over the next few days – however there is now no racing Wednesday 17th February.

We will update you as more information comes to hand.
