You will need to complete this form before 7th December, 5pm.
Joining the Meeting
To join the Annual General Meeting online you will be emailed a confirmation of registration containing a link to join the webinar. You will also be emailed a reminder email one hour before the meeting commences with the joining link. Please note this link is unique to you and can only be used on one device.
How to Raise Hand
Upon joining the meeting, all attendees will be muted. To ask a question in the meeting you can either raise your hand or ask a question in the Q&A panel. You will be unable to chat to other participants.
How to Vote
When we open up for voting, the polling button will appear on your taskbar. We will also notify you of this verbally on the webinar.
You will then be able to respond with either ‘in favour’ or ‘against’ to the vote.
